My Story

As a first-time mom, I never imagined I'd face postpartum depression. Despite researching and being vigilant about the signs, it still caught me off guard. Around the 12-week mark, postpartum anxiety and rage consumed me—I was afraid to leave the house and constantly checked on my son's well-being whenever we were out. There were moments of intense frustration, like when I impulsively smashed a Tupperware container.

The joy I once felt seemed distant, and I hesitated to confide in friends and family for fear of judgment. When I finally recognized the need for help, I sought counseling services, only to be put on a waitlist for over 9 months. This experience inspired me to create M.O.M.S (Moms Offering Moms Support). No mother should endure this journey alone or feel ashamed of her struggles. We're here to offer support without judgment, and you don't have to wait for it.
